Hello, on my journey pursuing acting I have found one of my true passions is health and fitness.  I can honestly say I am a fitness fanatic.  My workout schedule consists of weight training, hiking, yoga, pilates, cycling, running and aerial pole dancing.
I read numerous health and fitness magazines, watch all the fitness shows, and I am always scanning the internet for new exercises and classes. I eat a clean, balanced, healthy diet and take natural vitamins and supplements. I write a fitness blog and I am a N.A.S.M., (National Academy of Sports Medicine), certified personal trainer.
I plan to eventually open a wellness center to inspire, motivate and excite people of all shapes and sizes to love their bodies. One of my personal heroes is Jillian Michaels, she is an inspiration to me, and I thank her for that.
Personal training sessions range from $85-$150. I train at a private location, or in your home.  Please send me an email to inquire personal training with me. Spots are limited, and I reserve the right to decline and terminate clients at my discretion.
